The centrepiece is a spectacular round dendritic agate cabochon, simply bezel\/tube set so that absolutely nothing distracts from the stone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTHE DENDRITIC AGATE\u003cbr\u003eAnd what a stone!! Dendritic agate is prized for its extraordinary naturally occurring branching inclusions, usually formed by manganese and iron oxides. These create patterns resembling tiny trees, ferns, moss and miniature landscapes.\u003cbr\u003eThis particular stone is especially beautiful — against its softly translucent milky-grey background, the dark dendrites rise from the bottom like the silhouette of a little tree or forest trapped inside the stone.
