When we catalog items, we make an effort to provide detailed descriptions for each piece of jewelry and we also feature various photographs on our product pages to ensure accuracy. We acknowledge that there is no substitute for seeing an item in real life. If you receive an item you ordered and it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) as long as you notify us within 24 hours and return it in its original condition with all packaging.
