VINTAGE 1967 JUHLS “TUNDRA” BRUTALIST STERLING SILVER BRACELET.
ULTRA RARE – ORIGINAL ARCTIC-MADE MASTERPIECE
Here it is… the kind of bracelet that collectors wait YEARS to find.
A marvelous and weighty vintage Norwegian designer bracelet from the legendary “Tundra” Collection by celebrated Arctic jewelry artists Frank & Regine Juhls of Kautokeino, Norway.
Crafted in solid sterling silver in the late 1960s, this bracelet captures the raw energy of the Arctic landscape — the melting snow, jagged ice, rocky tundra, and organic formations that inspired the Juhls design philosophy. Created by hand in a remote village inside the Arctic Circle, this is not just jewelry… this is wearable landscape architecture.
Each articulated link features their signature organic, molten, asymmetrical surfaces, full of voids and texture — a hallmark of the Brutalist-Modernist movement that Juhls helped define. Heavy, sculptural, tactile, and unapologetically bold.
