A truly fantastic and highly sought-after Art Deco treasure, this exquisite pendant dates to the circa 1920s and captures everything we adore about the Deco era — bold geometry, elegant symmetry, and rich materials.
Crafted in solid sterling silver, the pendant showcases a generously sized teardrop-shaped carnelian cabochon, glowing in deep burnt-orange to reddish amber tones. The carnelian is beautifully prong set, allowing light to flood the stone and enhance its warm, glassy translucence — a colour palette that was wildly popular during the Art Deco era.
Encircling the central carnelian is a halo of sparkling marcasites, meticulously set to create that unmistakable Art Deco shimmer.
At the base of the pendant sits a classic Deco finial—a hallmark of authentic period craftsmanship and a detail collectors instantly recognise. The pendant is suspended from a fine twisted sterling silver chain, perfectly in keeping with the era and allowing the pendant to remain the undisputed star.
