Beautifully and earthy! This necklace is composed entirely of natural smoky quartz gemstone beads, individually faceted to catch and reflect the light.

The necklace alternates between elongated faceted beads and sparkling round faceted beads, displaying gorgeous translucent tones ranging from warm champagne-brown through rich cognac to deep smoky chocolate. Because smoky quartz is naturally transparent to translucent, the facets create fabulous flashes of light as the necklace moves.

SMOKY QUARTZ
A naturally occurring variety of quartz, smoky quartz gets its characteristic brown colouring from natural irradiation within the earth. In gemstone tradition it is associated with grounding, protection, stability and balance.
