These are an exceptional and increasingly scarce pair of authentic Victorian-era stud earrings, dating to the mid–late 19th century, crafted in 9ct rose gold and set with vivid cranberry-red paste rhinestones of remarkable colour and life.

Each stud features a generously sized, round-cut cranberry paste rhinestone, expertly faceted to maximise brilliance and depth. The paste rhinestones are secured in eight delicate prongs, forming a classic crown-shaped open gallery basket — a hallmark of fine Victorian jewellery craftsmanship.

The warm 9ct rose gold setting complements the rich red tone beautifully, giving the earrings that unmistakable Victorian glow — romantic, refined, and timeless.
