This marvelous vintage designer collar necklace was created by the renowned American costume jewellery house Monet and dates to the 1980s, a decade known for bold statement jewellery and rich, globally inspired design.

The necklace is crafted in satin gold-plated metal, giving it that beautiful soft antique glow rather than a bright mirror polish. The design features multiple layered chain strands forming a structured collar that sits closely around the neck, creating a luxurious and dramatic silhouette.

Suspended along the lower edge is a captivating fringe of textured golden dangle charms, alternating with round faux coral bead drops. The combination creates a rhythmic pattern of warm gold and vibrant coral tones, producing movement and visual richness as the charms sway gently when worn.
